* Trained hundred of facilitators in Singapore, Hongkong, Taiwan, India and China for multinational and state-owned companies in the region.
* Volunteer in the National Volunteer & Philanthropy Centre, mentoring CEO’s of Non-Government Organizations (NGO)
* Latest assignment – working with a group of graduating students of Zhejiang University, Hangzhou mapping their career development programs
